The user interface component of a website is taken care of by an installation of a theme. However, that is only a starting point. The developer must know how to use the block editor combined with custom code to get the user interface exactly as per user requirements. What about website functionality? There are a universe of plugins that can take care of much functionality a website requires to provide sufficient business value. The Woo Commerce plugin can provide pre-built functionality for payment processing features for ecommerce websites.
